About the Seminar

Laser technology is becoming a vital tool in healthcare, yet there remains significant confusion surrounding its principles and applications. This seminar is designed to clarify key concepts and provide a deeper understanding of laser therapy.

Participants will explore foundational topics such as:

  • Wavelength, frequency, hertz, and pulses
  • Amplitude, monochromaticity, and coherence
  • Ionization and heat in relation to biological systems
  • The role of calcium ion channels in cellular signaling
  • Mitochondrial processes, including the Krebs Cycle and electron transport chain (complexes I-V)

The discussion will also address the impact of inflammation as a contributing factor in chronic conditions. The seminar will highlight how laser therapy can be integrated into strategies for managing inflammation, with specific focus on injury recovery.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the basics of laser physics and their practical applications
  • Review the interactions between laser wavelengths and biological processes
  • Explore clinical approaches to addressing inflammation and related conditions

This seminar is an educational opportunity to expand your knowledge and refine your understanding of laser therapy in healthcare.
